The place was clean with free parking and a lovely bed. The rooms were bright and reasonably spacious, equipped with good Internet, a nice, separate living area, and a balcony.- In general, the service was excellent.

Thanks for a perfectly pleasant experience we had at this lovely small and nicely appointed hotel. The venue's location was spectacular, right by with a waterfall close by, and the railway station yet quite secluded. We stayed for trip and would stay there again.

Everything was superb, so were special views over the valley. The location was best possible, relatively close to Kinellan Tea Factory. It was trip and we will be back.

Mountain Heavens in Ella has the best possible and spectacular location, close to Ella Falls, the railway station, and the Nine Arches Bridge. The rooms are brand-new, generous-sized, complete with a huge balcony, an amazing view, and a terrace.

Incredible and beautiful location in Ella, adjacent to the railway line as well as the train tracks for the Ella Rock climb too. Continental breakfast with plenty of outstanding meals to choose from.
